Jake was born and raised in Spokane, WA where he and his wife still reside during the best months of the year. In the other months, they escape down to their Shabin in Naples, Fl. He started his educational journey later in life graduating with his Bachelor of Arts and Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in 2016 and a few years later his Masters in Public Accounting in 2019.

While working in his previous career, going to school and raising 2 children, Jake began his accounting career as an intern for a very small local firm in Spokane Valley. After graduating in 2016 he took a leap into public accounting with a local tax resolution firm. This is when he fell in love with the profession, being able to help people get back on track and keep them on track. When Jake completed his master’s degree, he moved to a larger top 20 firm in Downtown Spokane working on a large variety of tax and compliance clients. In 2023 Jake finally achieved the goal he set out for himself in the beginning stages of his journey, his CPA license.

When Jake is not helping his clients succeed you can find him and his wife on the lake in North Idaho, on the beach in South Florida or on a plane to their next travel destination. He also enjoys watching sports and squeezing in as much golf as he can.
