Katie is an Oregon native who absolutely adores everything about the Pacific Northwest—from the lush trees to the breezy days, and yes, even the rain! Growing up with a love for music, the arts, and math, she developed a passion for teaching and helping others. She started out as a high school math teacher, where she had a blast teaching and mentoring her students.

After earning her master’s degree in accounting in 2016, it was an easy transition to helping clients with their taxes and finances. Katie specializes in tax compliance and planning for small businesses, auto dealers, real estate, and high-net-worth individuals. She loves making taxes less confusing and helping people plan for their future.

At home, Katie, her husband, and their three kids live the farm life with a bunch of animals, including two adorable miniature horses. They love spending time together, whether it’s cheering on their kids at sports events, serving in their church, or curling up with a good book.
