Bobby Schroeder, CPA

Bobby Schroeder was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has spent most of his life in the New Orleans area, except for six years when he worked in Houston, Texas. Bobby graduated from the University of New Orleans and later obtained his CPA license from the state of Louisiana.

Bobby’s career has been focused on helping businesses and high net worth individuals find ways to maximize their after-tax income. Bobby truly enjoys helping his clients understand their tax situations. He is a member of the AICPA, where he currently serves as a member of the Regulation CPA Exam Subcommittee, helping to develop and maintain the Regulation section of the CPA Exam. He is also a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs, where he has served on several committees, as well as on the board of officers for the New Orleans Chapter. Bobby is a graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy and has led internal and external CPE classes on tax and professional development issues. He has also spoken about tax issues to various industry groups and community organizations.

Outside of the accounting profession, Bobby has volunteered with several local organizations. Additionally, he has been a volunteer coach for youth softball and volleyball teams.  In his spare time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, using his BBQ grill, boiling all kinds of seafood, and watching his favorite sports teams.
