Diane began her accounting career 21 years ago with a large public accounting firm in Phoenix. While at this firm, she specialized in auditing and tax compliance for individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses. Subsequently, she worked for a Big 4 accounting firm as well as several regional accounting firms. She also provided tax consulting for public companies. Although she has a heavy background in tax compliance, Diane enjoys helping her clients with tax planning and identifying potential tax savings given the ever-changing tax laws that we are seeing in today’s climate.

Diane received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 1999, and her MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird Global School of Management in 2006.  Diane earned her CPA license in Arizona in 2002. She is currently a member of the Tax Legislation Committee for the Arizona Society of CPAs.

When she isn’t working with her clients, Diane enjoys spending time with her daughter and two granddaughters.  She enjoys practicing yoga and can also be found hiking one of the many beautiful hiking trails in the Phoenix area.
