Echo was born in Vancouver, Washington and has lived in the city her entire life. She graduated from Columbia River High School and went on to Chase Business College. She started work for Thompson & Associates, CPAs in 1978 and worked there until the firm merged with Opsahl Dawson in January 2017.

Echo began at Thompson & Associates as their secretary and soon began working directly with clients on their accounting needs. Before she knew it she was preparing individual & entity tax returns and reconciling books and enjoying it very much.

When she’s not calculating the adjusted gross income, she is spending time with her partner Fred, at the beach, camping, traveling to visit family in Australia, going for walks, watching TV and just about anything as long as they are with each other. They love their grandchildren, Olivia and Auzzi, who are frequent visitors at the house playing games, and just being silly together. Echo is a very devoted Nana.
