Gary was born in New Jersey and later relocated to Seabrook, New Hampshire. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in economics from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and then earned his master’s degree in taxation from Pace University in New York City. Gary is licensed as a CPA in the states of Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. 

Gary joins Opsahl Dawson with over 30 years of diversified public tax experience with both small and medium sized firms. His focus has been on high net worth individuals, flow-through entities, and tax planning strategies inclusive of Roth conversions and stock option planning.
