If you ask Jen how she stays on top of it all, she’ll pull out a task list full of checks and crossed out items. She is the iconic task master and she’ll be the first to admit her lists are her bibles. Jen is a partner and Vice President of our firm, CEO of the Dawson residence, and mother of three beautiful daughters – Jade and twins Sadie and Brinley. She does it all with a smile. Her devotion and ownership of her tasks is also known by her clients which is why Jen is programmed on their speed dial.

Jen became a partner with the firm in 2009 when she purchased the firm with her husband Aaron. They met while studying accounting at Western Washington University. Jen was raised on Whidbey Island in the town of Oak Harbor, Washington. Her passion for excellence can be traced back to her early days. She graduated in the top ten of her high school class and was a member of the varsity volleyball and softball teams. Her high school volleyball nickname was “Roly Poly”, coined from her enthusiasm for diving across the wood floor to save the play. This determination is the reason why she is so recognized as an energetic advisor by her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen worked as an Audit Manager for Clothier & Head in Seattle for eight years. Jen’s industry expertise includes hospitality, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and retail. Jen is a board member of Sunset Ridge – View Ridge Association.
