Kaylee grew up in Longview, WA and always told her parents that when she got older, she was going to move far away, well… she made it to the big city of Vancouver, WA (45 minutes away). Kaylee earned her bachelor’s degree in Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management from Washington State University – Vancouver (GO COUGS!). Kaylee has worked in Human Resources (HR) for over 14 years and worked in various industries (manufacturing, transportation, construction) and can’t imagine doing anything else besides HR. She has done a little bit of everything when it comes to HR – recruiting, employee relations, compensation, training and development, performance management, employment law, labor relations, etc. Kaylee expertise in all things related to HR makes her an invaluable addition to the firm.

Kaylee often gets the question “Why did you go into Human Resources?” For her the answer is simple, she says “I love the variety of my job, every day is something new, and I love working with people.” It is obvious when you meet Kaylee, she has an outgoing personality and smile always on her face.

In her spare time, Kaylee enjoys doing home projects, hanging out with her family and friends, spending time outdoors and rooting for her favorite sport teams (Seattle Seahawks and Portland Trailblazers).
