Stephanie Cole, CPA

Stephanie was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and grew up in Kitsap County in Washington. She decided she wanted to be an accountant at just 12 years old (no kidding!) Through the Running Start program, she proceeded to enroll at the local community college to take her first accounting course while still in high school. After achieving her associate degree from Olympic College upon high school graduation, Stephanie proceeded to attend Central Washington University where she earned two bachelor’s degrees: the first in accounting, and the second in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics.

After college graduation, Stephanie’s husband’s employment took her to Connecticut where she quickly obtained her CPA credential. She has worked the past 10+years, mostly in public accounting, with a diverse group of clients and services offered, including audit & assurance and tax services.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys giving back to the community through various ways, including serving on the Board of Directors for various non-profit organizations, as well as enjoying the great outdoors with her family. Between her husband, young daughter, and two dogs, there is almost always someone willing to join her for an outdoor adventure, whether it be snowboarding, paddle boarding, hiking, running, golfing, or attending a Seahawks game. And if not, she’s happy to set out solo on her 2018 Harley Davidson Forty-Eight.
