Steve earned his BSBA in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and has been a practicing as a CPA since 1996. He is experienced in working with a wide variety of entities, including Corporations, S Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships, Estates, Trusts, and Non-Profit organizations. These entities span an array of industries, such as construction, oil & gas, farming, real estate, auto dealerships, and engineering. Steve is also experienced with client IRS and state tax authority representation, including handling audits, offers in compromise, and tax notices.

Steve enjoys working with companies and individuals with respect to tax and succession planning, as well as helping clients with difficult tax and/or accounting issues. Steve has a long history of building cohesive relationships with companies and individuals alike.

In his off time, Steve enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, trail bike riding, and gardening.
