Suzanne joins Opsahl Dawson with extensive experience in tax planning, tax law compliance, tax preparation, compilations, reviews, consulting, and quality control. She has actively been working in the public accounting field since 1996. She has performed audits of public and non-profit entities, acted as an on-site controller for small to mid-sized firms, and represented clients during tax audits by governmental agencies. 

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA. Her professional affiliations include the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). 

Suzanne enjoys hiking, biking, horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her most challenging bicycle ride was 50 to 60 miles. Her goal is to complete the challenging 200 mile Camino de Santiago hike in Portugal.
