Tim was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up approximately 15 miles west in Helvetia, Oregon. He moved to Camas, Washington with his wife and their 2 sons in 1993.

Tim has over 35 years of public accounting experience assisting owners of closely held businesses meet their personal and business goals. Tim specializes in tax and business consulting for small to medium sized businesses. He works with a variety of clients across multiple industries including labor organizations, non-profit entities, health care, construction, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and professional service providers. Tim also has extensive experience in financial reporting providing audit, review and compilation financial statement preparation.

Tim received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Portland in 1986. He earned his Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Finance from Washington State University in July 2018. Tim is licensed to practice in the State of Washington and Oregon.

Tim was one of the founding members of the Evergreen School District #114 Foundation and served as the treasurer for 11 years. He has served on the board of East Vancouver Business Association, Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the American Red Cross Cascades Region.

In his free time, Tim enjoys working on his collection of vintage, air-cooled Volkswagens and is currently restoring a 1967 Split Window Westfalia Bus and a 1971 Bay Window Bus.
